Alan Rogers, Major General, USAF (Ret.)
Chief Executive Officer
Alan Rogers is an experienced government and corporate executive who has earned a
strong reputation leading organizations, programs, and people to success.
He previously served as Executive Vice President at CACI International, Inc. and
Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Federal Defense Group at American
Management Systems.
Al also completed a career in the United States Air Force, retiring at the rank of
Major General. He served as the Director for Operational Plans and Interoperability (J-7)
on the Joint Staff at the Pentagon and as an international officer at Supreme Headquarters
Allied Powers Europe, NATO. Al also served as Inspector
General and Deputy Chief of Staff for Operations for the Strategic Air Command,
Offutt AFB, NE. He commanded two bomb wings including the first operational
B1B Wing at Dyess AFB, TX. A command pilot with over 5000 hours, he has flown fighters,
bombers, tankers, trainers including 100 F-105 combat missions.
Al received an MBA with distinction from Harvard Business School and is a graduate of
the U.S. Air Force Academy.
Daniel Ilisevich
Chief Financial Officer
Daniel Ilisevich has over 25 years experience in commercial and government information technology companies that sell business oriented software products and solutions.
Dan was the founding CFO of Mantas, Inc., a software firm serving the global financial service industry with operations in the United Stated, England, Singapore and India, and of Kodak Legal Systems, a software firm providing a proprietary document management solution to national law firms. In addition, he spent 17 years at SRA International rising to the level of Vice President and Managing Director of several government and commercial industry practices.
Dan received his BA in Economics and Political Science, cum laude, and his MS in Public Policy Analysis from the University of Rochester, where he was named a Presidential Management Intern Finalist.
Lisa Donnan
Executive Vice President, Cyber Security Solutions
A veteran information technology executive, Lisa Donnan brings over twenty years of software, communications, and consulting experience with commercial and government entities. She leads Command Information in bringing advanced cyber security solutions, information assurance, and network engineering services to public sector organizations.
Lisa spent the majority of her career at Bell Canada Enterprises (BCE) in senior executive level posts at BCE Teleglobe and Bell Nexxia, where she launched the first commercial Internet Protocol Virtual Private Network. Prior to joining Command Information, she led numerous high-growth, high-performance initiatives as a vice president at Sun Microsystems, at NeuStar Inc., and at TMNG.
Lisa holds a B.S. degree from Ramapo College and has completed the Executive Management program at the Wharton School of University of Pennsylvania.
Paul Regazzi
Senior Vice President, Enterprise Transportation Solutions
Paul Regazzi has over 20 years experience in Information Technology and software development for the Federal Government. He brings significant functional expertise in military transportation and supply chain systems to Command Information.
Previously Paul was the chief software engineer at AC-Technologies / PEC Solutions where he was responsible for managing a 35-member technical staff in developing and supporting a government transportation system. Earlier in his career, Paul was a Software Development Manager at Ajilon, Inc. and Vice President of Engineering at Tessada & Associates.
Paul has extensive technical expertise and software development experience under SEI CMM in both highly structured and rapid development techniques. Paul received his BA in Psychology from Rutgers University.
Michael Cox
Vice President, Business Development
Michael Cox has over 20 years of experience in public sector information technology, business development and sales, and software development and delivery. He brings strong domain expertise in logistics and configuration management to Command Information.
Prior to joining the Command Information team, Michael was responsible for developing and enhancing relationships with public sector business and alliance partners at Informatica Corporation and IBM. While at IBM, Michael participated in the Sales and Distribution Management Development Program. He also has a background in information management technical sales with IBM and Sybase, as well as consulting and solutions delivery experience with CACI International, Inc.
Michael received his BS in Industrial Relations from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Peter Jacobs
Vice President of Finance and Controller
Peter Jacobs has over 20 years experience in accounting, finance and tax. He has held senior management roles in federal contracting, software and finance companies.
Prior to joining Command Information, Peter served as controller at Subsystem Technologies, Inc. in Arlington, Virginia. Previously, he held the position of controller for SSI Business Solutions, Inc. and Anystream, Inc. Peter also practiced as a CPA at Rubin, Koehmstedt & Nadler, PLC, and Murray & Cavanaugh, P.C.. Peter began his career working as a financial analyst at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
Peter received his Master of Accountancy and a MBA in Finance and Investments from The George Washington University. His BA in Economics is from Franklin and Marshall College.
Beth A. McGroder
Vice President of Contracts
Beth McGroder has over 20 years of diversified management and supervisory
experience in support of government and commercial contracts. At Command Information she provides oversight throughout the life-cycle of a contract from proposal preparation through closeout, including contract administration, financial management, procurement, and business management functions.
Previously she was with SRA International, Inc. for nine years where she served as a Senior Contract Administrator, Director of Defense Contracts, and Director of Civil Contracts. She supervised SRA teams of contract and subcontract administrators, performing cradle-to-grave contract and subcontract functions. Beth was also responsible for SRA contract performance compliance to ensure execution with all terms and conditions of the appropriate contracts.
Kristen Walsh
Vice President of Human Resources
Kristen Walsh is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR). She provides
strategic direction for employee relations, compensation and benefits,
recruiting, training and development. She also works with employees to
promote the company's core values. In November 2009, Kristen was appointed the Facility Security Officer.
Previously Kristen was the Human Resources Coordinator for Digital Focus, which was acquired by Command Information in 2006. Prior to Digital Focus, she oversaw human resources and other functions at the law firm of Fite & O'Brein, Ltd.
Kristen received her BA from the Pennsylvania State University.
