Sr. Database Administrator.
Requires Bachelor's Degree in an information technology or engineering field and 7 years of database management experience. Also required are 3 to 4 years' experience in Oracle database administration and/or design in an area such as manufacturing; finance management; engineering, accounting, or statistics; logistics planning; material management, etc. Good PL/SQL skills and an ability to work with minimal supervision are required. Security + certification or the equivalent is highly desired. Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Incumbent manages the development of database projects, plans, and budgets staff and data base resources and when necessary; reallocates resources to maximize benefits. The incumbent prepares and delivers presentations on database management systems (DBMS) concepts, provides daily supervision and direction to support staff. As part of system operations and maintenance team, incumbent maintains and modifies complex Oracle 10g database consisting of over 2,200 tables and develops new database elements such as packages, procedures, and tables. The incumbent recommends optimum approach and develops database design for approved projects; executes typical DBA functions such as user administration, database backup, and restore. The Sr. DBA develops, operates, and maintains internal data transfer processes using PL/SQL.

Sr. Systems Analyst.
Requires Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field plus 8 years of experience with 3 years of specialized experience in systems analysis and software development. Master's Degree requires one less year of experience. No degree requires up to 3 years of additional experience. Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. This position revolves around secure software application development using .NET 3.5 or higher. Knowledge of building and using SQL CLR classes within .Net, administering SQL CLRS and implementing them within SQL Server. VBScripting, Windows Task Management, and SQL Server Reporting Services experience and knowledge is also desired. Incumbent leads systems analysis of computer and networking systems; participates in the design of business processes and facilitates them within product development; and coordinates definition, design, and implementation of solutions. Successful candidate oversees the overall integration of all systems peripherals so that they can operate correctly within a predefined environment, and analyzes and develops technical documentation.

Heavy emphasis on secure software application development using Java and Jakarta STRUTS within Oracle for Java Container (OC4J) with Oracle back-end processes is desired. Knowledge of PL/SQL is a plus. Incumbent leads systems analysis of computer and networking systems. Participates in the design of business processes and facilitates them within product development. Incumbent coordinates definition, design, and implementation of solutions; oversees the overall integration of all systems peripherals so that they can operate correctly within a predefined environment; and analyzes and develops technical documentation.

Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist.
Requires Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field plus 5 years of experience with 2 years of specialized experience in QA or software development. Master's Degree requires 1 less year of experience. No degree requires up to 3 years of additional experience. Requires strong SQL skills and experience with Unix operating system commands. Candidate must be able to obtain a favorable finding on a National Agency Check (NAC) and be able to obtain approval for a position of "Public Trust." Familiarity with IEEE 12207 and J2EE standards, 508 compliance and ocean cargo booking processes a plus. Successful candidate conducts formal and informal reviews and software application tests at pre-determined points throughout the development life cycle. Assists in the production of formal Test Plans and procedures. Assists in researching and resolving production issues identified by the Service Response Center (SRC). Provides technical and administrative recommendations for personnel performing systems development tasks, including the review of work products for correctness, adherence to the design concept, standards and requirements, review of program documentation to assure government standards/requirements are adhered to, and for progress in accordance with schedules. Provides assistance in the production of training material in support of application development. Coordinates with the Test team lead and development staff to ensure problem solution and user satisfaction.

Computer Systems Analyst III.
BA/BS Degree, certification, or relevant experience required plus 3 to 4 years' experience in systems analysis and design techniques of complex computer systems in a broad area such as manufacturing; finance management; engineering, accounting, or statistics; logistics planning; material management, etc. Candidate must be able to obtain a favorable finding on a National Agency Check (NAC) and be able to obtain approval for a position of "Public Trust." Desire candidate with knowledge of secure software application development using Java and Jakarta STRUTS within Oracle for Java Container (OC4J) with oracle back-end processes. Knowledge of PL/SQL is also a plus. Incumbent maintains and modifies complex systems or develops new subsystems such as integrated production scheduling, inventory control, cost analysis, or sales analysis record in which every item of each type is automatically processed through the full system of records. Incumbent guides users in formulating requirements; advises on alternatives and on the implications of new or revised data processing systems; analyzes resulting user project proposals, identifies omissions and errors in requirements, and conducts feasibility studies; recommends optimum approach and develops system design for approved projects.

Systems Engineer Principal.
Computer Science, Business, or related field and 6 years' experience. Master's Degree requires one less year of experience. No degree requires up to 3 years of additional experience. Must have an active Top Secret Security Clearance. Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Successful candidate will have experience with the architecture, engineering, implementation, testing, training and transitioning of enterprise level Exchange 2007 and 2010 based unified messaging solutions.

This position requires experience with the integration and testing of RIM BES and VoIP technologies and solutions to deliver a unified enterprise messaging system to include email, wireless messaging and VoIP messaging in an IPv6- enabled enterprise. Highly desired is an MCSE with documented experience with SCCM, SCOM and other systems and network monitoring and management systems and software in an IPv6 enterprise environment. Also desired is experience with the management of virtualization, and HSM / SAN technologies and solutions in an IPv6 enterprise environment and a CCNA certification. Duties include system design and research and development of a solution including the engineering, testing, configuration management, security, and certification and accreditation of any solution; procuring, training, documenting, installing, and maintaining information technology infrastructure and mission-essential capabilities related to this task in support of DoD Enterprise Cloud (DEC).
