The primary objective of this course, "Securing, Hacking, and Defending IPv6," is to provide a deep understanding of attacking and defending present-day networks.

Herndon, Virginia - December 2, 2008 - Command Information, the premier provider of next generation network services, today announced that it has been selected by Fluke Networks to provide support for its Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Joint Interoperability Test Command (JITC) certification process.
Under the terms of the agreement, Command Information will develop a gap analysis and test plan, as well as provide strategic direction and onsite testing support for the Internet Protocol version 6 (IPv6) capabilities in Fluke Networks' OptiView® product suite. OptiView is part of Fluke Networks' SuperVision Solutions™ family of products used in the testing, monitoring, and analysis of enterprise and telecommunications networks. Command Information will help enable OptiView to pass the stringent JITC testing and evaluation process.

IPv6, the Next Generation Network Playground - How to Connect and Explore
July 18, 2008 - Joe Klein, an expert IPv6 Security Researcher at Command Information, spoke at the HOPE Security Conference, July 18-20, 2008 with the topic of "IPv6, the Next Generation Network Playground - How to Connect and Explore." The speech identified some of the security problems in the implementation of IPv6, which has applicability to Cyber Command, DoD, the USG and commercial industry. The outcome of the presentation was multiple articles including WIRED online.

Herndon, Va. - Command Information, a Herndon-based provider of networking and consulting services focused on the new IPv6 Internet protocol has launched a new unit to focus on the carrier, cable and Internet service provider market. The new Communications Provider unit, led by Doug Dangremond, will assist customers in migrating their network architectures and aligning new capabilities with network investments.
