Command Information helps support a suite of interoperable systems, allowing users around the world to create cargo in-transit visibility and tracking 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The IBS program supports users from all of the United States Military Services as well as Joint Organizations and non-Defense Federal agencies such as the General Services Administration, Department of State, Department of Transportation, and National Security Agency.
